Cardinal Senior Care caregivers have a wide variety of skills and experience, ranging from ordinary household tasks to complex assisted-living environments. Each caregiver has a minimum of one year in-home care experience and has received our specialized training and orientation necessary to meet Cardinal Senior Care’s strict service standards.

Cardinal Senior Care will work with you and your family to develop the care plan that will best meet your needs. We work around your schedule to give you the peace of mind you need and deserve.Other companies have a 4-hour minimum service requirement. Many charge extra for night-time, weekend, or holiday hours. Cardinal Senior Care’s minimum service requirement is just 2 hours, which allows us greater flexibility to accommodate your other activities and to offer you more economical care options. And with Cardinal, you’ll be charged one low hourly rate — even when you use our services on nights, weekends, or holidays!
Cardinal Senior Care, all our caregivers are Cardinal Senior Care employees, and are NOT independent contractors. We are responsible for the payroll taxes, professional liabilities, and administrative functions associated with our caregivers, so your in-home care will be as worry-free as possible. We take responsibility for ensuring that you always receive the consistent quality of care that you expect!Other companies simply act as “referral agencies”.
Around the Clock in addition to offering in-home care during whatever hours you need (whether daytime, nights, weekends, or holidays), Cardinal Senior Care also offers live, 24-hour telephone service, — including nights, weekends, and holidays — for handling any emergencies that may arise. Calls are always answered by a Cardinal employee; not an outside answering service.
All Cardinal Senior Care caregivers are bonded. Cardinal Senior Care also furnishes liability insurance.
Cardinal Senior Care is licensed in the State of Texas by the Department of Aging and Disability Services to provide a wide variety of non-medical, in-home, private duty care services in San Antonio and surrounding areas. Our service area includes the following counties: Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Kerr, Medina, and Wilson.
Cardinal Senior Care conducts regular home supervisory visits by the field managers to ensure quality care and consistent service. Cardinal Senior Care uses Telephony to monitor the clock-in and clock-out times of our caregivers, so you will always be accurately billed.
